Rev. Glenis Mullings

Glenis Mullings is one of the founders of Little Bay Missions, and started this charity over 40 years ago with his wife Kay when they started returning to the village of Little Bay, Jamaica, where the Little Bay New Testament Church of God resides.
Each year they visited they would give bars of soap, t-shirts, shoes, and other items to support the villagers. Eventually, this process turned into providing fishing nets, chickens, and gardening support for locals, and included large scale community events like soup kitchens, used clothing distribution, youth mentoring, and raising hens to support local youth activities. Currently Glenis serves as a part-time Pastor of Care at Midland Alliance Church, where he provides spiritual, emotional and practical support.

Pastor Graham Sweet (OAC)

Graham Sweet has served as Associate Pastor at Orillia Alliance Church since 2014 where his focuses are on worship and overseeing a variety of community resources. Graham and his wife have been assisting in their church by gathering donations and materials for Little Bay Mission, as well as attending in person.

Kay Mullings

Kay Mullings, Rev. Glenis’ wife, is the co-founder of Little Bay Mission in Jamaica, where she assists in running and operating the mission and it’s activities.

Rev. Bill, and Gail Freeman (OAC)

Bill and Gail Freeman from Orillia Alliance Church have been involved in multiple ministry positions in the Orillia area since 1985, and are often directly involved in supporting Little Bay through donations from their church, and physically attending Little Bay Mission in Jamaica to help out.

Rev. Chris Lewis (MAC)

Chris Lewis has been Senior Pastor at Midland Alliance Church since 2011, where he delivers passionate, heartfelt, and relatable sermons. Chris assists Little Bay Mission alongside Rev. Glenis by advocating for donations of food and resources whenever possible, and has attended Little Bay Jamaica physically to lend a hand with his wife Val Lewis.

Rebecca Persaud (MAC)

Rebecca Persaud serves as the Connections Coordinator at Midland Alliance Church where she expresses her heart and willingness to help people find community. Alongside Pastor Chris and many others at MAC, Rebecca has assisted in advocating for donations and assistance to Little Bay Mission.
